Bill and Tim were most gracious in taking on our project. The architect is a very instrumental part of the home building process, particularly with a passive house. Just about ever intersection of the house needs to be detailed - for ease of build and thermal analysis. Knowledge and training in Passive House is a must. Very few architects can say they have been trained in the passive house field, they have been and we are very thankful!

Airtight Services is a very knowledgeable insulation company serving the Rochester area and Finger Lakes Region. They specialize in high performance homes, both as consultants and insulators. The airtightness of a passive house and high levels of insulation needs to be done by someone who has been trained and has the experience. Airtight has more of this than any other company in the region

We have known Tad for a while, and invited him with us to Passive House Tradesmen Training in NYC last year. He is one of the few certified tradesmen in the area with home building experience. There is no one else we would trust!

Passive House Academy
They provided us our training, and will be our Certifier for this Passive House Project. They have a wealth of knowledge is just about everything Passive House
